It's an old complex there trying to cover up to be luxury but its far from it. A LOT OF CRIME. Only around the office is kept clean. The dumpster is always overflowing, a lot of cats and rats around the dumpster area. The stay is nothing like it looks in the pictures.
The Hampton point apartment is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in so far. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live. Hampton Point Apartments is a beautiful place to live.

Can I see a model or take a tour of the property?
They never replaced crack windows/screens from tenants before. The doors were hung wrong so we had a hard time closing my son's room and the master bedroom and it caused so much damage to the door and frame itself. Maintenance leaves with mud on your carpet and when they fixed our door insulation they left paint all over my rug. These people do not respect your home or your space.
Even the entry note did not mention that I would be charged. For example, what if they had decided to charge me $200 instead for that light after the fact? What if they decide to charge someone $1000s of dollars for a water heater or air conditioning unit replacement for a failure that the resident had no control over?

We stood in the 93-degree weather for 25 minutes calling and calling any number we could find to go on the tour they had us scheduled for. 12 hours, 2 full tanks of gas, and a lot of energy wasted and this was ALL before they ever got a penny out of me. If this is how their management team acts BEFORE taking my money, imagine how they would be AFTER getting me to sign a lease. I am incredibly upset at this apartment and the way it is managed. This is a warning to anyone thinking about living here that the apartment management has started "nickeling and diming" residents by charging them for maintenance service requests.
Furthermore, the front desk staff don’t have interpersonal skills with a nonchalant demeanor. They rennovate to lock you into rent, but NEVER/take months to solve any problem!!! 3rd management decided to put thousands of dollars in rennovation instead of fixing my electricity in my room and my office/livingroom. I tutored from home and if you are planning on working at home do not move here. They warn you when they do work, but don't tell you what they are doing/where.

Trash pile up outside of the gate of the dumpster. And for the price you would think you would get a luxury apartment and complex. I doubt that the new renovation will help at this point. Just give up if website doesn't work, the front office, they are no help.
Fairland is a park-like suburb with an active community. Fairland Recreational Park sits on the edge of town and offers extensive hiking and biking trails, athletic fields, and tennis courts. Towards the south of the park is Ol' Colony Golf Complex, an 18-hole course with 597 acres of lush greenery. Get all your grocery needs met at the Publix Super Market at Northwood Crossings.
